All products on our website are stock in Bangkok. To offer the most secure and timely delivery, once the payment is confirmed, all orders are shipped same or next day via Thailand Postal Parcel or other express courier services.
TANKstore offers FREE SHIPPING for in-stock merchandise totaling over 1,000 baht & up to 10 kg limit to all addresses in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Packages over 10 kg and certain bulky items such as luggage, some tents, some H2O proof items, etc. are considered oversize and/or overweight will require additional shipping and handling fees to accommodate extra weight and/or dimensional weight as imposed by Thailand Post.
You can upgrade your FREE Postal Parcel to EMS service by selecting the desired shipping method in the CHECKOUT page. In this case, you will only have to pay for the difference of the Postal cost.

International Shipping
We ship internationally unless restricted by a manufacturer's trade agreement. International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs, duties, and value added taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.
TANKstore will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing.
If you have any special requirements on the shipping methods please email us with your instruction before sending us your payment. Orders with special shipping instruction may take longer to proceed. |

Lost or damaged shipment
- If your order was lost or damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure.
- All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery before the carrier leaves. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. Contact us immediately.
