You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address.
The first confirms that your order was received; this email should arrive within 24 hours. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
You can track the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" at the top of any page. From here click "See Orders" and select the order you would like to track. You will see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, and payment details. Once the order is fulfilled you will also see the current status and tracking number from the shipping carrier's tracking service.
CHANGE IN YOUR ORDER STATUS
If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately. If an item is out of stock we must cancel the item from your order. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item, shipping or handling.
